How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking through Credit Card/Debit Card and via wire or bank transfer. Pakistani can also transfer money as advance by Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash or ATM Transfer or Bank Transfer or Deposit in our Banks or By Hand in our Collections offices.

Can I pay cash on the day of the trip or at the spot?

One third of total money as a Advance is recommended for reservation of seats in any tour till the deadlines which are defined by Company.

What is the refund policy in case of cancellation?

10 days before the departure, 50% deduction.
5 days before the departure, 75% deduction.
Less than 4 days before the departure, 100% deduction.

Hi I am from Karachi. How can we join your tour?

Mostly Karachi or people of other cities join us from Lahore or Islamabad. We also arrange train or bus tickets and hotels in Lahore or Islamabad on your demand.

What happens after the customer has paid?

Once you have paid your deposit and booked that trip of a lifetime, you will be looked after by our Customer Operations team, who is responsible for all your travel arrangements until you depart. One of our experienced operations executives will be assigned to assist you in any way they can, and their name and contact details can be found at the bottom of your confirmation letter.

Travel, Money and Currency

You will need to take enough money to cover the cost of meals not included in the trip cost and of drinks, tipping and other incidentals including shopping and optional activities. Advice on the amounts required and the best currency to take is given in the trip notes. All cities in Pakistan have ATM machines and this can be an ideal way to access cash abroad. In addition, credit cards are now very widely accepted, particularly in larger cities. Travellers cheques can also be useful in certain destinations, but are often time consuming and costly to exchange. I'm travelling on my own - will everyone else on your group tours be in couples?

Although we get a fair amount of couples, the majority of our clients are single travellers. If you would like to avoid single supplements, we are happy to pair you with a same sex room companion for the trip. If there is no one available of the same sex as you, we will arrange a single room for you at no extra cost.

Do we allow weapons, drugs, alcohol on trips?

Weapons, drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited on all trips.

What happens in case of Natural Event/Disaster?

In case of landslide and other natural hazards the tour leader (or the tour operator’s representative) will be deciding the plan of action keeping in mind the best interests of the group. If travellers are on a customised trip, they will be guided on the course of action by the guide on the trip that are in touch with the traveller.

What checks do we have in place as preventive measures for safety and security?

Knowing the travel landscape of Pakistan, we are aware of the safety and security situation and if any undue risk is foreseen then the travellers will be informed in advance or the trip will be cancelled. However, any unforeseen circumstances owing to political, religious or criminal activity will not be our responsibility.

If there is an injury of any nature while on any trip, what is the course of action?

In case of injury on a tour operator’s trip or a customised trip, it is the responsibility of the operator to take necessary steps and take the injured traveller to the nearest medical facility. We holds no responsibility and acts as an intermediary to facilitate bookings.
